Copy That ("we", "us") provides trucking compliance filing services. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you give us through our forms or by text, such as your name, phone number, email, USDOT number, fleet size and the services you're interested in, plus basic technical data (pages visited, referring link).
How we use it
To respond to your request, review your public FMCSA record, provide our services, and send you reminders about your filings. We do not sell your personal information.
Form progress
When you fill out our form, we save what you type as you go (even if you don't press submit) so you don't lose your progress and so we can follow up on your request. We will only text you if you check the text-message consent box.
Text messages
If you opt in, we'll text you about your request and account, including deadline reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our CRM and messaging providers) and with government agencies when you ask us to file on your behalf, or when required by law.
